Scariolo leaves Real: End of an era
The Italian coach leaves the club without titles, but with the team back on top of Europe.

Sergio Scariolo departs definitively from the coaching leadership of Real Madrid, bringing an end to his second tenure without securing the expected titles, but leaving behind a team that has regained its lost prestige in Europe. The Italian coach, who took over the team at a critical turning point, worked hard to restore the club's image on the Old Continent. Although the mission to conquer the EuroLeague or the Liga ACB was not successfully completed during this period, Real managed to become a contender again, vying for supremacy against the top clubs on the continent.
