Gauff on the postponement of the final: “Of course, I’m biased, but very happy that the tournament will be held in the United States”
Coco Gauff, the second racket of the world, commented on the transfer of the WTA Finals from Riyadh to Indian Wells, expressing joy and hope for a permanent registration of the tournament.

World number two Coco Gauff expressed joy at the transfer of the final WTA tournament from Riyadh to Indian Wells, USA. She acknowledged her bias as an American tennis player, but noted that it would be unusual to play in Indian Wells in November. Gauff also shared fond memories of Saudi Arabia and expressed hope that the WTA Finals will have a permanent presence in the future.
