Iconic Spanish midfielder Santi Cazorla has announced his retirement at the age of 41, ending a remarkable career marked by success with Villarreal and Arsenal. After three seasons with his training club, Real Oviedo, Cazorla left professional football following the club's relegation to the Spanish second division. Cazorla began his career at Oviedo before joining Villarreal in 2003, where he won the Intertoto Cup in 2004.
