Lotito blocks Provedel: Inter takes action

Lazio president Claudio Lotito has rejected Inter's initial offer for Ivan Provedel and significantly raised his asking price. Lotito's move forces Inter to review their transfer strategy, now forced to look for alternatives between the posts. Provedel was considered one of the main objectives to strengthen the Nerazzurri squad, but the firmness of the Lazio president made short-term negotiations impossible.
