The New York Yankees activated catcher Austin Wells from the 10-day injured list on Monday, ending his two-week stint on the sidelines with cervical headaches. Wells, a 24-year-old prospect with 15 games of MLB experience, rejoins a lineup that ranks fifth in the AL in runs scored but has struggled with consistency. 333 on-base percentage in limited action earlier this season.
