Sharks sign forward Alex Barre-Boulet, Tye Felhaber to contracts
San Jose adds scoring depth with two-year deal for AHL’s second-leading scorer and a one-year pact for a proven AHL goal-getter.

The San Jose Sharks have inked two forwards to shore up their depth and offensive punch: Alex Barre-Boulet on a two-year contract carrying an $875,000 AAV and Tye Felhaber on a one-year deal worth $850,000. Barre-Boulet, 29, arrives after finishing second in the AHL in scoring last season with 70 points in 70 games, proving he can produce at an elite clip in the minors. Felhaber, 27, contributed 15 goals and 31 points in 63 games with the Colorado Eagles last year, offering a reliable goal-scoring touch.
