EuroLeague transfer window: Korkmaz to Beşiktaş, Šarić to Anadolu Efes
Furkan Korkmaz and Dario Šarić switch clubs: Beşiktaş and Anadolu Efes bolster their squads for a high-voltage season.

The EuroLeague transfer window is heating up with 24 official moves already finalised. Beşiktaş bring in Furkan Korkmaz, Anadolu Efes secure Dario Šarić, while LDLC ASVEL sign Sylvain Francisco. Olimpia Milano and Virtus Bologna round out the picture with targeted additions.
The first wave of deals confirms the strategy of two Turkish giants: Beşiktaş strengthen their wing with Korkmaz, fresh from an NBA season with Philadelphia, while Anadolu Efes respond with Šarić, an ex-NBA star now back in Europe. On the French side, ASVEL from Villeurbanne are banking on Francisco to bring balance to the backcourt. The moves reflect a broader trend: European teams are using the transfer window to plug technical gaps with players already honed in the most competitive leagues, reducing adaptation times and minimising early-season errors.
