Mens Sana Siena: Wibog majority shareholder, Hillman in love
Wibog becomes majority shareholder of Mens Sana Siena. Hillman explains the connection with the green and white shirt.

Mens Sana Siena has formalized the entry of Wibog as majority shareholder, closing a corporate transition phase that had been going on for months. The decision, communicated via an official press release, marks the transfer of ownership to the British company, with Michael Hillman - president of Wibog - having already expressed his enthusiasm for the green and white shirt. The agreement provides that Wibog holds the majority share, thus assuming operational and strategic control of the Sienese company.
Hillman, in a statement released to the local press, underlined how the connection with the shirt was born immediately: "Since we saw the colors of Mens Sana Siena for the first time, we were fascinated by it. It is a shirt that brings with it an important history, and we want to be part of this new phase". The move comes after months of negotiations and rumors involving several potential investors.
