Honda has found the first firm footing in Aston Martin's rough start to 2026: the vibration and reliability solutions introduced around the Miami GP appear to have pushed the AMR26 in the right direction. For Fernando Alonso and , the progress matters because the initial problem was neither minor nor secondary. Before discussing pace, strategy or ambition, Aston Martin needed a car capable of completing clean work without punishing its drivers or compromising hardware.
