Vocel and Hidalgo were eliminated in the first Wimbledon round after tiebreaks
Czech striker Matěj Vocel and his Ecuadorian teammate Diego Hidalgo were not enough for the favored pair of Cabral/Miedler. The match was decided by two tiebreaks at the end of the third set.
Matěj Vocel and Diego Hidalgo lost in the first round of the Wimbledon doubles to the favored pair Francisco Cabral/Lucas Miedler 7:6, 5:7, 6:7. The Czech players entered the match better and won the first set 7:6 with a tiebreak. However, they lost 5:7 in the second set and in the decisive third set they were not enough for the opponent in another tiebreak, which ended 6:7.
