Avalanche sign Adam Beckman to two-year, two-way deal
Colorado adds a proven AHL scorer with 51-point Bridgeport season on a low-risk NHL contract.

Colorado Avalanche signed forward Adam Beckman to a two-year, two-way contract worth $875,000 annually. The deal brings a proven AHL scorer to the NHL roster after Beckman tallied 51 points (22 goals, 29 assists) in 68 games for the Bridgeport Islanders last season. He has surpassed 40 points in each of his five professional campaigns, including stints with the New York Islanders and Minnesota Wild organizations.
