Red Bull arrives at the Austrian Grand Prix with a suite of technical upgrades for the RB22, while McLaren abandons a radical rear‑wing experiment and reverts to a proven configuration. The Austrian team has introduced a new floor profile, revised diffuser geometry, upgraded cooling ducts, and a revised rear‑end aerodynamic package, all aimed at extracting extra down‑force on the high‑speed straights of the Red Bull Ring. The changes are being rolled out across both chassis, with the RB22 expected to gain a few tenths of a second per lap in qualifying.
