DAZN announces transparent apology and remedies for “DAZN Soccer” display issue

DAZN apologized on June 18th for the confusion regarding the display and guidance regarding the 'DAZN Soccer' subscription. The apology comes in response to misleading content regarding terms, fees, and cancellation terms, and DAZN is offering affected subscribers three redress options. Options include canceling the contract with a refund for the most recent month, changing to a 'DAZN Standard' monthly plan at a promotional rate (¥1,980 for 3 months, then ¥4,200), or continuing with the current annual 'DAZN Soccer' plan.
