Sadio Mané’s side dominated for 85 minutes, building a 2-0 lead through Ismaila Sarr and Mory Diaw, but Romelu Lukaku pulled one back in the 93rd minute. Youri Tielemans equalized in the 105th minute, sending the game to extra time and then a shootout after Senegal’s late penalty appeal was denied.
