Ozzie Albies erased a late deficit with a two-run walk-off homer, capping Atlanta's 4-3 comeback over Milwaukee and denying Aaron Ashby an 11th victory.
Ozzie Albies erased a late deficit with a two-run walk-off homer in the ninth inning, lifting the Atlanta Braves to a 4-3 comeback victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday. The Braves trailed 3-2 entering the bottom of the ninth at Truist Park, but Albies drilled a 1-2 pitch from Brewers reliever Aaron Ashby over the left-field wall to end the game in emphatic fashion. It was Albies' second homer of the night—a solo shot in the first—and his sixth career walk-off homer, extending his late-inning heroics to 2024.
