Brady Tkachuk is an American professional ice hockey left winger and captain of the Ottawa Senators in the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on September 16, 1999, in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tkachuk comes from a hockey family, with his father, Keith Tkachuk, and brother, Matthew Tkachuk, both being prominent NHL players. Drafted 4th overall by the Senators in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft, Tkachuk quickly established himself as a physical, high-energy player with a strong offensive skillset. Known for his leadership and competitive edge, he was named team captain in 2021, becoming one of the youngest captains in NHL history. Tkachuk has represented the United States internationally, including at the World Junior Championships and the Olympics.
